Principal’s Message

Mrs. Saqeba Ali

M.Sc (Dhaka), MS (Manchester), UK has vast experience of smoothly running the administration of the school. She was the Principal of Manarat, Dhaka and teacher, Tower Hamlets Education Authority, London.

We, in Marie Curie School, believe that every individual child is precious and try to inculcate creativity, innovation and confidence. Besides scholastic programs, the school has marked its name in all spheres such as art and craft, music, sports and all sorts of co-curricular activities and the list goes on. We give our young citizens the best possible opportunities in order to impart a holistic development in them.

We started our journey with Marie Curie School having a dream to create a homely atmosphere where children will learn with fun and creativity. With immense blessings from the Almighty and the enormous support from our well-wishers our school has grown substantially and has prove to be an educational institute where children can be confident, responsible and excellent human beings. Our aim is to nurture the children into self-motivated individuals and produce capable citizens of the country who will make us proud in the future. We focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of our students. In today’s dynamic world, we are creating an environment for future leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals who possess skills and aptitude in an array of functional disciplines.

Teamwork is the hallmark of Marie Curie School. I am sure that we can achieve more to benefit our students through our collaborative effort. I expect all young Maricurians to focus on their goals and strive to accomplish them.

According to the great Nobel Laureate  Scientist Madame Marie Curie :

“Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that must be attained. ”

On this note, I hope that all the children of the world will continue learning throughout their lives and make the world a better place.

“Where the mind is without fear

and the head is held high

where knowledge is free

where the world has not broken up into fragments

by narrow domestic walls.”

– Tagore
